Our business model

At Midsouth PC Repair, we do things a little differently than the "other" guys. Mobile service is the key to our business model. And we don't believe a non-working computer should cause you any more inconvenience than it probably already has. That is why, if we can't fix your computer onsite, we will take the computer back to our lab, do the necessary work to fix it, and bring it back to you at your convenience - for no extra cost than just the repair! Simple!


How it works:

We do our best to make the process simple for you. You can text or call us at 901-335-2482 to discuss your issue. Once we have the required information, we can give you a rough cost estimate. If you agree to the estimate, we then arrange either an in-home service (if possible), or a free pickup and delivery from your home or business. We will keep you updated throughout the process and also let you know if there are any unforseen problems that arise. Once the computer is fixed, we reach back out to you to let you know, and to schedule a drop-off at your convenience. For onsite returns, we will hook everything back up for you and show you that the computer is working and also that the problem is fixed *before* we collect payment from you. Simple!


Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are taking extra precautions for your safety and ours. To mitigate the potential spread of the virus, onsite service will be discontinued until further notice. Onsite pickup (porch, back patio, garage, etc) is still available to you, however. Your machine will be disinfected as well, prior to returning to you. Payment can be left at dropoff location or made online through one of our payment gateways. Thanks for your understanding - together, we WILL get through this!

It's actually quite simple. You pay us to fix what is wrong with your computer. And that's exactly what we will do. If the problem returns, then we make another attempt to resolve the problem. We will keep doing that until the original problem goes away, and at no extra cost to you! Obviously, if the problem is user-created (meaning you keep going back to the same infected website, we can't "fix" that, but anything else besides that, we will take care of it!
